Very disappointed in the service. You sent email after email saying last chance for Christmas delivery. I ordered on Dec 14. It arrived at some shipping facility on Dec 21st and sat for 6 days. My gift arrived on Dec 29th. You have no customer service to speak of, I wrote 2 emails to support and got no response. Every other special order gift I ordered from other businesses arrived on time. If I had a question from other businesses I got a response. I will not be ordering from this business again & will let other people know not to order. You have offered no response or any credit because of this failure on your part.

I’m thrilled with the quality of the pillow covers, especially for the price! I’m also thrilled with the metal luggage tags. I will order again!

I paid a lot of extra money to have it shipped earlier because it was a Christmas present. They arrived broken and I emailed the company and still have not heard anything back. I’m hoping they make it right

I like Qualtry - I've ordered from you multiple times. I ordered a variety of Christmas gifts on December 13th and was excited that A) I got a chunk of gifts knocked out in one spot on time and B) my family would be happy with their personalized gifts. Your website stated that each of the items would be prepared for delivery within 4 days or less, and because I ordered over $100 shipping was included. Great - everything should be shipped by Friday, which gave me more than a week to receive the gifts before Christmas. The items actually shipped late in the day on Monday the 19th thru Fedex. Fedex guaranteed delivery by Friday the 23rd, at least according to their tracking information. On Friday evening, that tracking information updated the delivery date to "Pending." I finally received the order on the afternoon of Tuesday the 27th. I had to race around & buy other gifts for my family on Saturday, none of which I was very pleased with. Half of them were just gift cards. I was not going to reach out to FedEx or Qualtry about this because life goes on, these are essentially first-world problems, but I received this email for a survey. I will say it did put a huge damper on our Christmas and was a somewhat of stressful time, opposed to my initial excitement. As for the products themselves: Everything is mostly fine. I'll review them individually below. If I would ask anything of Qualtry, it would be a credit towards a future purchase. I would like to keep using your website, and that would go a long way towards me doing so. Happy New Year to anyone who's reading this! :)

The lettering is not in the middle. It looks terrible. It was a Xmas gift but couldn’t give it looking like that. Never have had a problem with any orders from yall. I am sure y’all will make it right.

The shipment was delivered very late. Half of the items were missing from the box. Unknown items were in the box instead. Some items were delivered damaged. It was my first try with Qualtry and I am very disappointed with the service as well as the item qualities. I couldn't give Christmas presents on time to many people I love. It's even gotten more delayed due to the missing items and damaged items which they needed to redo. Even though they gave me a 50% refund, I will never order from Qualtry, again.

Order arrived after Christmas. One glove was stretched out bigger than the other. Embroidery was not centered.

Order shipped incomplete and communication wasn't consistent or correct and then no one would communicate with me about my missing pieces.

Right now, I'm in the process of satisfying my shipment that did not match my order. I love Qualtry products and order a good bit from Qualtry but I'm not able to give a fair review until my order is fulfilled correctly. Thank you for understanding.

Christmas order was late even though I paid extra for expedited delivery. The pocket knives I ordered were nicely engraved and of good quality.

I received the cutting board which was damaged due to poor packaging. This is the second time I have emailed and have not heard back. I have called several customer service numbers only to be hung up on. Very disappointed ☹️

paid extra for priority shipping on black friday (specifically nov 28th) to have my items before christmas and they did not arrive on time, after being assured my customer service they were upgrading my label such that they would arrive on time.

Haven’t received it yet Bad news as the order was for our Xmas stockings And other gifts for Xmas You really should tell people if gifts from Santa won’t arrive on time! I should have paid attention to the on line reviewers who said delivery on time is a big issue. If I could I would cancel this order.

We ordered in early December and the products we ordered was late for Xmas! Not happy. Never had an issue in the past! What happened ? Also one of the customized items used a grey color on a dark green travel mug and you can barely see the logo. Poor quality.

I placed my order on November 25 and it arrived on December 28. This order was Christmas gifts that I no longer needed on December 28. And, if that weren't bad enough, two of my items are missing and as of today I have not gotten any response from Customer Service at all. Definitely not a happy customer and I will not order from them again. Never did they tell me there was even a possibility my items would not arrive before Christmas even though I sent two messages inquiring as to when I would receive them.
