I would not recommend this site to anyone! I had placed my order on 12/12/22 for Christmas stuff with 2-6 days priority shipping. I received my order on 1/1/23!! Christmas was long gone. Even when I tried to call customer service the phone just cuts off! And no replies to my email. Ridiculous!!!

I ordered 3 items. They all look very nice but I ordered them on December 1st and was told they should certainly arrive by Christmas. I received them 12/31. When I enquired about the delivery status on 12/12 I was told the products were ready but the shipping dept. was short handed. It was finally shipped on 12/20 but did not reach my home until 12/31. The next time I will see the intended recipient for my gift is May so they will get their gift 5 months late. Quality obviously couldn't handle the volume of holiday orders.

Order was placed on 12/4/22. On 12/19, my order still said unfulfilled, so I call twice during business hours with no answer. So, I emailed. I received an email quickly stating that my order had been made and was awaiting carrier pickup. The representative assured me i would receive my package by Christmas weekend. I finally received my order on December 29. So much for Christmas presents. The text on the mug I ordered was much smaller than it appeared online and text was already scratched in places. I can’t give this as a gift because I would be ashamed to have my name attached to it. The glove and hat set has some of the stitching already coming apart. The sketchbook appears to be good quality, but I’m unable to give it as a Christmas present.

This arrived two days after Christmas. The items were nice and what I expected. I’m just so disappointed that it arrived so late. I believe that I paid extra for shipping quickly. It had over two weeks to get here. I don’t know if I’ll be buying from Qualtry next year. I’m

I ordered 11 items and paid priority shipping. Even though my items arrived late for Christmas they were good quality. One mug came in broken, I think the packaging can improve. FedEx was not careful no matter how many fragile stickers were all over the box, the one ceramic item I ordered was broken 😞. Other than that I enjoy ordering from qualtry and would recommend ordering items a month in advance just to make sure your items arrive when you need them. Once I got my tracking number the items did arrive within 5 days.

I’ve been ordering from Qualtry for years without an issue. This year I placed an order in November which didn’t arrive until after Christmas, and I still haven’t received all the items. I like their quality but will be looking around for another source, or giving them a couple of months lead time.

This company shows no concern for customer support at all. I placed an order in mid-November for Christmas gifts. Christmas came and went but I still did not have the order nor would anyone reply to emails sent to support. Finally, after Christmas the items were shipped with no reply to emails except the tracking number.

Order did not process timely and even though I ordered in November, well before the deadline to have completed in time for Christmas, the items were not received on time and they were supposed to be Christmas gifts. Qualtry did refund half of the purchase price. Overall quality was good and the customization was correct.

The order arrived very late. It arrived a few days shy of a month, well beyond the time I needed it. The estimate was a week earlier.

I ordered 4 of the personalized throw pillows, inserts, small drawstring bags, and sketch pad. All arrived in good condition and the work was good. I have ordered from Qualtry in the past and have been pleased with the items that I ordered. I did not receive my order in time for Christmas. However, I did receive it a week later. I will order from Qualtry again.

well one of the bags was printed without the proper ink. I ordered more in the beginning of December thinking it would get here by x-mas. i even paid extra ($10) to expedite it but it didn't get here until a few days after x-mas. I also ordered a stand for the cutting board.. it was a Christmas gift but that still hasn't gotten here. If I knew these things would not get here until after Christmas I would never have ordered.

I received most of my order but I didn't get my beach canvas print. I know the box I did receive had most of my order in it and there is no way that canvas print would fit in it. I really love you guys and I hope to order from you again.

Sipping was the biggest disappointment I would never have ordered if I knew how late and unsure of date delivery was. When delivery was for Saturday I missed family events waiting for shipment. Bad call on my part. The personalized items correct in spelling etc. some not as nice, as pictured Inscriptions not as dark ( hard to read ) on some wood items. I did get in on Christmas deals so I was fine with items.
