10 days late Late, missing items: 4 Zodiac sign pillow inserts I paid for 4. Packing slip says 1? 4 aluminum luggage tag hooks.

Ordered 5 Santa Bags in November, they did not arrive before Christmas. I was refunded for the shipping costs. However, now that my order has finally been delivered, I only received 3 of the 5 bags I purchased. Very disappointed and will not ordering through this company again. I should have listened to the negative reviews.

I love Qualtry and they have excellent service. I have ordered many times through the years and have thus been very pleased with all orders. Only this time there was a chip in one of the cups I ordered for a business colleague. I would like to please have that replaced. I sent a message with this concern and have not yet received a response. I realize we are just getting over the holidays so it may not have been seen, I just hope it will not be overlooked.

Order # 2187456 You did not send my Wood Oil 2 oz or the large metal stand. Its' on Bill Summary attached but was NOT in my package upon arrival. I was out-of-town on it's arrival and just opened package this past weekend. My Customer Name is Karen Kocsis. It is not Kristin Womack Blackburn. That is a person's gift name. Purchased wooden salad hands - the engraving is BURNT!!. Have tried multiple times to contact the company for the return process, but never get an email or call back. Will have to forward picture from an email.

Quality and product was great. I was disappointed that it said 2-6 days and that would have been perfect for the timing of our Christmas party but it took 9 days. Basically I shouldn’t have waited so I really can’t be upset with anyone but myself for real. But it has always been a win ordering from your company. Thank you

I ordered with a guaranteed delivery of 12/23/22 and received my order 1/2/23 so that was very disappointing. I did not have a Christmas gift for someone and a 12/31 wedding gift for another. I don't think it was a carrier issue. I think the products just weren't shipped timely. I was also disappointed in the color of the personalization on the gloves/hat. It is not what I would call mint green and not what it looked like on the color chart.

Everything I have ever ordered from Qualtry has been a product I was excited to receive and/or to give as a gift. The "Qualtry quality" is exceptional and the prices are very reasonable. The items I purchased were nice; however, the shipping took a very long time. It almost didn't make it on time for me to give the gifts. It literally arrived the day of. Also, the shipping cost was outrageous! You would think if I paid that much, it would arrive in a timely manner.

I ordered something on dec 1 and it didn’t come till the 28 and came damaged I ordered this that early to have for Christmas No response back to my emails This company is horrible at getting back to the customer I will never be shopping with this company ever again

Had issues with our order not getting here before Christmas, but I understand with all the rush, customer service got back to me right away informed me of everything, that was much much appreciated. My first order I ordered 2 pocket knives for my son's. I received the same name on both. One was to say Justyn the other Jayce. I spoke to your chat bot which instructed me to submit a photo which I didn't hear anything back from. It was getting close to Christmas so I just ordered another one for Jayce. I also order 2 more knives and a cutting board. Very disappointed with them . On the knives the name was done so small and in white . The names barely visible. On the cutting board the personalization was spotty. The color on the letters were not even. Not to mention could have sworn I paid extra money just to have them delivered on time for Christmas! Which they were not. Extremely disappointed.

Placed my Christmas gifts order a couple days after Thanksgiving. I received my order 12/30. They were Christmas presents, I didn’t get to give them on time.
