Their products are great. Communication is terrible. Packaging of items are done fabulous. Getting your orders in a timely manner is horrible.

This is the second time that I have ordered the reusable bags and though I am very happy with the quality of these they are a lot nicer than those previously purchased! The graphics on the reordered bags is more vibrant and clearly a better quality than the first bags ordered! The newer bag is also SMALLER than the first bags. Not happy with the new one because it’s smaller and the recipients know it. Thanks for not getting the bags here on time and ruining the use of the bags because they’re smaller!😡

This was a gift for my husband. Shipping took longer than expected but the quality and material is really well made. Very strong and durable, has 2 inside pockets and pockets on the outside too. My wears a size 14 shoes and the shoes fit inside fine. He loved it!

I placed my Christmas order in November & received a confirmation email. It never arrived for Christmas after several emails I sent . Finally they responded but I had to rebuy the gifts here in town. It was time consuming. But in the end they reimbursed me and all was well. Today I’ll deliver my Qualtry gifts. They are nice, as always!

I made a mistake and forgot on one board to put the s at the end of the last name. It came as Souza not Souzas They look okay the other ones.

I ordered on December 10, was told 2-6 days delivery. Plenty of time for Christmas I thought. I received notice of delivery was now December 28. That date came and went. Finally on January 4 I cancelled my order and asked for a full refund. The next day I received my order . Box was damaged.

In the past I have been very impressed with the quality of products I have ordered and their shipping times, but not so much this time. My order took 3+ weeks to arrive after ordering. (One item was for Christmas and my order didn’t arrive until 01/06/2023.) I also ordered a metal book mark and the edges could easily cut your fingers and lastly I bought a dog collar with embroidered name and phone number. The embroidery was off just a bit. (I previously ordered a collar for my other dog and it was very precise.)

I purchased well before Christmas and paid for express shipping-The gift did not arrive for Christmas- I was told it would be shipped on 1/2 - my relative was out of town!

Products are good , however , customer service was not good this time .. my priority order was not given priority status , judging by its very tardy delivery! I’ve sent several emails requesting that my $9.99 fee be reimbursed or credited , but I’ve gotten no response ..

I was very impressed with the quality of product. I ordered on 12/12 and paid for rush but didn’t get it until 1/5 nor received communication from Qualtry. Everything I’ve ordered has been above expectations.

I like my items but I received them 2 weeks after Christmas. I understand the labor shortage but I had paid for priority processing (which was refunded).

Most of my order was correct but I am missing 2 throw pillow inserts and one of the wallets I ordered has the wrong initials. The initials should be JRL not KRL.
