I ordered the Santa Bags, December 5th, but the site said the bags would ship and arrive in time for Christmas. I waited til December 20th, and still no bags and no email or call to update me on my order (Amazon had updated me on several orders' arrival dates already). So, I decided to call and get an update. Long story short, (after several tries to get a hold of them) Qualtry had known for some time that they would not be getting the bags to personalize from their suppliers in time to ship them for Christmas. They kept saying, "It's not our fault!" It IS your fault if you don't alert your customers (that have already paid for your product to arrive for Christmas) and give them other options! You know, actually give good customer service. I would have been counting on something to arrive before Christmas that wasn't going to be there in time for gifting. Qualtry apologized but did not indicate that they were going to let me know so I could make other arrangements or fix the situation with other similar bags that they had on the site or give me a discount or SOMETHING! Qualtry said I could choose another bag replacement but it would have cost me more $$ since my bags were on sale and bigger (I needed a bigger size). They also would not refund all my money since I had gotten a Groupon. They said I could get a refund from them (that would take days) and then had to go back to Groupon for a refund (which is another long and frustrating experience I've had before). I would think that if you don't update people on the late status of an order (with Christmas items in it) that won't be delivered before Christmas... you would give the customer some sort of help to make things right. NO! I left things as they were (had to buy other temporary bags to make it through Christmas) and the Qualtry bags arrived January 2nd. Horrible experience. I have decided to make my own from now on since I won't be ordering from Qualtry again! I'm sure the bags I make will be done on time and be better quality as well! P.S. I made a review on these bags after talking to customer service but it was not added to the site.

Although I placed my order 3 full weeks before Christmas and was given no indication that there was any chance that my order would not be fulfilled before Christmas, my order did not arrive until January 4th. As these were Christmas-specific items, I now have to wait a whole year before gifting them to their recipients, not to mention that I had to buy alternative gifts at the last minute to replace these. No future discounts or coupons will bring me back as a customer. Buyer beware.

On 12/16/22 I ordered a Christmas gift. The item was said to be shipped in 3-5 business days. That still gave me a good chance of receiving it before Christmas. On 12/23/22 I hadn't received it; looked at the status which stated "not fulfilled". I did not receive the item until 1/6/23. I am extremely disappointed in this lack of fulfillment as it was stated.

The items came on time. Half were REALLY nice, half were bad. The bad half has engraving that is so light you can't read it. They are for my housewarming, but I feel really bad giving them away...looks low budget. On the other hand, I bought personalized Christmas stockings and gifts bags from them and they were BEAUTIFUL.

My item arrived damaged. It was chipped before shipping because the broken piece wasn't in the packaging. I contacted qualtry and awaiting reply

Unable to rate quality of product as I have yet to receive order placed on 12/16. It has been 3 weeks and was promised would get my delivery before Christmas. After many unsuccesfuI attempts to contact customer service they did applied 20 % discount to order. Then I was notified would get my shipment on 1/6 and still no delivery. I do not recommend.

I absolutely love the hand towels I purchased with my monogram! The quality of the towels is incredible; thick and plush. The monogram is beautiful and looks rich! So beautiful! I will be purchasing more for myself and it’s a great gift as well.

I have bought the embroidered hand towels twice, once for me and once for my mom for Christmas. Nice thick towels and the embroidery is great. I love them. I was disappointed they didn’t ship in time for Christmas, wish you all had a guarantee cutoff date, but we got them eventually and are happy.

Placed order for customized Christmas gifts on November 27th and received my shipment on January 6th. The products themselves are fine. Never ordering again as a result.
