Products are amazing but delivery was slow, didn’t receive gifts before Christmas

I ordered December 13th. I received my items January 4th. The decanter set is nice. I really like it except for the fact the decanter itself has no top. The monograming on the robe is very nice. It would look nicer if the robe itself were as thick and lush as the description led me to believe it would be. The gloves and cap seem to be very nice.

Very disappointed as I just received my pkg and it was supposed to be here for Christmas. Not much I can use it for on January 5th.

The luggage tags are nice and of good quality. The problem was that I ordered them on 11/28/22 and they did not arrive until 1/4/23. Not only did they miss Christmas by a mile, but there was NO COMMUNICATION from Qaultry that it would be late. I understand things happen and there are delays, but I should have been notified in advance that they would not make it in time for Christmas (as at the time of order, shipping indicated they would arrive in plenty of time). They should have at least offered a discount of something.

I ordered some pet mats and aluminum street signs. I have ordered different things from Qualtry before and have always been happy with the product, this time is no different! Each item is well made and attractive to give as gifts.

It came wayyy to late. It came Dec 30/2022.. and missing the 6 pcs wood oil I supposed to give with the board i ordered. I emailed them re: the missing wood oil and no response yet.. so i emailed again. Kinda disappointed.

Our sincerest apologies that you received an incomplete order. We've run out of wood oil and We went ahead and processed a refund for it. The refunded amount will be posted back to your mode of payment in 3-5 business days, depending on your bank. A refund notification was also sent to your registered e-mail.

I purchased an executive gift for a supervisor on December 12…it didn’t arrive until January 3, according to the tracking. While it was the holidays and there is production time needed, this delivery timing was unacceptable. Quality refunded half of my purchase but I ended up getting another gift elsewhere. I do not recommend for time sensitive gifts for others. Also, Qualtry didn’t provide the opportunity to add a gift note, either and I am now left to wonder if the gift arrived with a receipt and prices!

Average overall. Delivery was fairly quick, but product quality and printing were nothing exceptional. A bit disappointed, to be honest.

I did not receive the 6 standard pillow inserts that I ordered. I was also charged 149.70 for them. I want a refund of the $149.70. I did get the 6 personalized pillow cases and I had to go to Walmart and buy pillows since mine did not come with the order.

It took over 5 weeks to receive a Christmas order so I’d already bought other things and asked for a refund. No responds after sending 5 emails. I received the order after I no longer needed it. I still want that refund. None of this was handled decent. Have bought tons here and never will again!

If I could leave a 0 star I would. I had to have my frames reprinted because they were not only not engraved but were printed backward. Then they remade the product which I just received and the picture quality is now fuzzy which wasn't on the first print and they engraved the lettering across the middle of 2 frames. I reached out for help they offered a refund but only on shipping and told me to reach out to Groupon. Groupon won't give me a refund and said it's up to the merchant so now I am out almost $50 and no frames to give as xmas gifts that are already late because of this mess!!!!!!!

I ordered insulated mugs as Christmas gifts for my employees. When I received them I was shocked. The quality was excellent. They were very heavy and well made. I want to order one for myself now!

While the products are excellent the customer service and the shipping are horrific. I received my items approximately a month after ordering them and paid extra for priority shipping. No apologies or at the very least a refund of the priority shipping cost. I guess they feel like the items speak for themselves BUT customer service will cause at least a loss of one customer.

I placed my order on Dec. 7, 2022 but did not receive it till Jan. 3, 2023 which was already late for Christmas presents. Fortunately, the items were exactly how they were described and I was very pleased. Just hope Qualtry would be more prompt in servicing orders as soon as they are placed. Courier service was great - tracking the order every step. Delay was from Qualtry who did not act on the order until I followed up with them.
