I love the products but the purchase process thru Groupon was unnecessarily difficult and cumbersome. Also, padding the bill for shipping the way it was applied was ridiculous. It stopped me from buying anything further from Qualtry. I remember a similar experience a few years ago. I thought I recognized your name during the purchase. Now I know I did and regrettably, did not listen to my instincts and avoid the purchase.

There were 2 major issues with my order that was shipped. It was a Gift for a co-worker as her retirement gift. 1. The Order only shipped one item, when my order had 2 items to be shipped. 2. There was a note entered online which is an option while checking out, the person this was shipped never got the note, due to which she never knew from whom it was as a gift.

Love the collar I bought for my dog, but it's much too big. I ordered a size small and it is more than double long for my pooch. I wish measurements were easier to find on the website so I would've known what size to order. I'm not sure I can return it, since it was a custom order?

I ordered on November 16, 2002 . I. After three weeks I started to inquire as to when I might receive the package. I received an email that stated they were working on it and it was almost finished and I should be hearing from them soon after five weeks I am quired again. I never got a response from this company The week of Christmas which I was counting on these presents. I’ve emailed and I called numerous times. I never heard from the company. I finally heard from them two days after Christmas. I received my order on January 10 after ordering on November 16. This was very disappointing . I’m not sure I will ever use this company again.

I wish they stayed somewhere the initials need to be in the order you want them on the product and not in order of the names. The large center initial on these is the middle name initial now.

The sale prices were great. This was my first purchase (Christmas gifts) with Qualtry. My manager had purchased some items and brought them for me to see. I fell in love with the cutting board. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with getting my order and being able to speak with someone about my order. I placed my order on 12/10/22, and attempted to contact the company the following Monday because I wanted to make sure I had placed the order correctly for the Beanie sets. I called the contact number 10 times and called continuously for the next three weeks. I was never able to interact with anyone via the two telephone numbers I had or the chat on the website. My order finally came on January 3rd. Because of the prices and quality, I will may give Qualtry another try in the future.

I ordered two custom pillow cases and two pillow inserts. Pillow cases have black lines going through the image like the ink was running out of a printer. I only received 1 of the two pillow inserts and it is the flattest pillow imaginable. Items were supposed to be delivered before Christmas. I didn’t receive my order until January 10th. Threw them right in the trash. Very disappointed.

I am relatively pleased with the quality of all items in this order with the exception of one item: QUAL1037 - The personalized cutting board for The Sabbs. It is very thin and the last line is off-centered. See photo.
