I ordered this on November 28th as a Christmas present. According to the website, at most it should have taken 2 weeks to get to me. A few days before Christmas and it still hasn’t shipped. I contact customer service and they said they’ll put a rush on it. Christmas Eve and it still hasn’t shipped. I contacted them again and they said they would REQUEST for it to be over nighted but they can’t really do anything. Today is Jan. 19 and I just got a notification that it shipped. It’s been almost 2 months before it even gets to the courier. Customer Service does nothing. Still hasn’t arrived.

The printing on the tag is not centered. Paid a lot to get it here in time for a present and don’t have time for a new one.

I'm not rating the quality of your products because they are really amazing and I love using your site. But I've commented on this in the past and you definitely need a better process for filling your orders and setting the expectation with your customers. This year I even paid for the expedited processing - and honestly I still received my order 6 weeks after I placed it. I know you're busy but your customers are waiting for items for gifts, holidays and your lack of understanding this is going to cause you to lose customers like me.

Love product but.... ordered gifts in November for Christmas.Didn't get them until January.Was told in December that I was going to get them in time for Christmas.Then when I did finally receive it in January I didn't get all of order because they said they ran out of product.Very disappointed.

I have ordered multiple times from this company for collars for my fur baby family over the years. They last a very long time and the stitching never frayed. I will continue order from Quiltry for my pet collar needs.

I have done a lot of business with Qualtry. Our family lives giving the products as gifts! Rarely disappointed! For the 1st time I did receive an item that looked slightly off centered but no time to return due to an upcoming wedding. I also want to say how difficult it is to get someone to return a phone call when the Groupon codes NEVER seem to work lately. All-in-all love the products!

I ordered an wooden item, a cellphone holder, it was delivered in 2 pieces totally a mixed upside down wooden item to me, I was so disappointed in what I ordered. I called a representative to report the broken item, I sent a photo of item into the email, and I was refunded the cost. It's frustrating to order an item and get something else in the mail..the repeat very kind., just so disappointed in this item, there's nothing that I can do, but throw this item away..

I ordered previously from your company and was really pleased with the products I received. These three items are of poor quality and I am not even able to give them as the gifts they are intended to be. As you can see in the attached photo. The previously purchased item script was very easy to read and the burning/burnishing was complete. One of the cutting boards is only partially done and the others are just very poor quality. I wish I knew how to request a refund or replacement. Right now all I have is 3 unuseable pieces of wood!!

Have ordered in the past and love the product. This order came in dirty with some sort of residue around the custom engraved area. It cleaned up okay, but surprised me that it came in this way.
