The Santa bag was a little smaller than i thought it would be. The dish towel was great! Color as expected decent quality. Can’t wait to give as a gift!

Great products, had great service in the past with no problem. I guess everywhere these days suffer from employee shortages and burnouts so the last order I placed did not go through a quality control check and one of the items was missing. The good news is that I contacted them and they will send the missing item,

Worst experience i have ever had with a company, terrible communication and shipping didn’t even come close to what was stated not only that instead of fixing the fact that they didn’t ship the items in time. When I asked them about it they just cancelled part of the order giving us zero time basically which put us scrambling for another 2 gifts. They did nothing other than tell us that was what they felt was the best option! Ridiculous shouldn’t take 30 plus days on items that say basically up to 14 days, should have much better communication and a better way to fix orders when it is your mess up! I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone!

I like pillow covers but zippers not sew into pillow cover correctly. The pillow insert does not have enough stuffing.

Collars are a lot bigger than what you think. I bought a small for a Chihuahua & needed to get the extra small.
