“I love you guys and have made multiple purchases. However you are out of the boards I bought from Groupon and I have another one to order. When will they be in again? Also when you are sending me updates like tracking notifications etc you are putting in the name of the person I am sending it to not my name. Just an fyi. It could be my error as well not sure. Love love love your stuff!!!’”

“I thought that maybe this would look a little darker in the imprinted area. I’m not sure if somethings wrong, or if it just looks blonder on part of the imprinted instead of the darker brown on the S as in the other parts of it.”

Hello Karin, We are sorry to hear that you did not find the board that you received up to your standards. Since we use 100% natural wood we can’t guarantee how the grain of the wood will affect the product. Due to the nature of wood products, the actual shade and color of our engraving may vary slightly from lighter to darker.

“First of all I do have to say that the customer service that I received went above and beyond. The issue I had was that I had purchased this same cutting board same size same everything even down to the font. The one that I got 5 years ago was made with bamboo twice as thick and the etching was done beautifully and dark. I purchased another one for a gift for my uncle that was getting married and it came and the quality had declined horribly over the years. The board was super thin and the etching was super light and not appealing at all. When I contacted customer service regarding it they said that all wood is different but it didn't explain why it was so cheap and why the laser engraving with not etched dark but pretty much the same color as the wood. They did offer a full refund just would not suggest getting this board as a nice gift maybe more of a gag gift”

I guess everywhere these days suffer from employee shortages and burnouts so the last order I placed did not go through a quality control check and one of the items was missing. The good news is that I contacted them and they will send the missing item,”

“Worst experience i have ever had with a company, terrible communication and shipping didn’t even come close to what was stated not only that instead of fixing the fact that they didn’t ship the items in time. When I asked them about it they just cancelled part of the order giving us zero time basically which put us scrambling for another 2 gifts. They did nothing other than tell us that was what they felt was the best option! Ridiculous shouldn’t take 30 plus days on items that say basically up to 14 days, should have much better communication and a better way to fix orders when it is your mess up! I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone!”
