“The product and service met my expectations. The product (Sketch Pad) was worth the sales price. I don’t think I would have been happy at the original price! I had two separate orders (different personalizations) but could not figure out how to combine them into one shipment to save mailing costs.”

“Monogram was uncentered from left to right. One of the other panes of glass had a line down the length of the glass. I tried several times to clean it without any success. I tried to contact the company through email as I have had no luck with anyone answering their phone, despite during business hours! So far no response..”

“2 of my 3 wooden photo blocks were great. The other one was engraved on the worst of the 4 sides of the wooden block. Odd, because the other sides were nice and rich looking. Was a wedding gift, but I'm tossing in trash and headed back out shopping.”

“If I rate you right now it would be 1 star 🌟. I was charged twice! I paid $47.99 once w/ Groupon. Then when I was redeeming I had to pay once again $52.91. And before yall give me the song n dance, I paid qualtry with my debit card & I paid Groupon with my credit card. Just for this reason. Please help me. Hassanscott1024@gmail.com”
