“This was a gift so I didn’t get to see it so I just licked the middle number. Also the gift card/note was not included so they didn’t know who sent it. Luckily I was tracking it and was able to contact them.”

“The product and service met my expectations. The product (Sketch Pad) was worth the sales price. I don’t think I would have been happy at the original price! I had two separate orders (different personalizations) but could not figure out how to combine them into one shipment to save mailing costs.”

“Monogram was uncentered from left to right. One of the other panes of glass had a line down the length of the glass. I tried several times to clean it without any success. I tried to contact the company through email as I have had no luck with anyone answering their phone, despite during business hours! So far no response..”
