“The gift was sent out in a very timely manner and it was very nice. However, the gift had an obvious defect that should have been discovered PRIOR to it being sent out. Once I made them aware of it they took corrective action immediately.”

“I liked the concept, to me the execution was poor. I expected a much "heftier " board. Quality assurance was lacking in that the middle word is hard to read because dark grain goes right through it. I would have thought QA would have rejected it.”

Thank you for your feedback and we apologize that your experience with the product you received was not up to your standards. Since we use 100% natural wood we can’t guarantee how the grain of the wood will affect the product. Due to the nature of wood products, the actual shade and color of our engraving may vary slightly from lighter to darker. Rest assured that we’ll do better in the future.

“Wood was a lighter shade in the middle. Online it looks like the ends and middle wood are lighter and darker shades. Ours is all one shade. I would have loved the contrasting difference of wood color in the photo but I know choosing wood was not an option. I really like the quality.”
