We have used Quest Motors to supply our Motability vehicles for a good number of years and have always found each of the different salespeople to be helpful and tactful. The after-sales service has been very good with the staff showing understanding and empathy with our needs and have supported us in whichever way they could.

Very friendly salesman extremely helpful not pushy nice relaxed atmosphere Disappointed although I was a cash buyer with the small amount of discount Also was shocked when informed that I would have £25 of fuel in the tank but was then charged on the invoice

Our fuel policy is discretionary and there is no obligation to take us up on the offer of fuel, however, many of our customers enjoy the offer of us popping £25 of fuel in their vehicle so it's ready to drive home. All our vehicles are competitively priced against similar vehicles within the market which means we do not offer any large discounts on vehicles as you can rest assured you're already getting a good price - in fact, CarGurus rates 80% of our vehicles as a fair deal, good deal or great deal! Very helpful salesman, although he specialised in one specific make, he was happy to help me look at all my choices. I went with the intention of buying so the sale was a pretty easy one. But he answered (or attempted to find out), any queries or questions I had. I have had a few dealings with the Braintree branch, always found them helpful Thank you

Really helpful on choosing my car, listened to my needs (I’m disabled), and found a match that I like. Next bit not quite so good; I had a question I wanted to ask and it took 2 days to get through to ask it - I was told he would ring back in a few minutes to tell me when I could collect my car but it was actually 3 hours before he did. Meanwhile, I was waiting to arrange a lift and help to collect it so other people were also waiting for that call to happen. I’m due to collect the car tomorrow so hopefully that part will go ok.
