“Very good experience buying a used Citroën from this dealer. Dealt with Steph, who was very professional and knowledgeable. A video was provided before going to see the vehicle - the car was exactly as described and all identified work needed (incl. Mot, service, surface scratches removed) was carried out before the deal was completed and payment sent. Car delivered on time and communication was excellent. Really can't fault them.”

“Absolutely fantastic, Steph was really great, can't praise her enough, she helped us choose a great car, the whole experience of buying there was faultless, from beginning to end, even when a fault occurred on our way home, we went straight back and it was fixed within half hour, would highly recommend Steph, and will be going back to replace another car, Thank you Steph, and Quest.”

“Previously brought a car from Richard when the Maldon branch was open, was very impressed then with the level of customer service and never had a problem with the car until it was written off by another driver.
