“Goods arrived very quickly, despite all the issues that other companies have with deliveries. The goals work well , and my dog is unable to chew or get stuck in the net due to its stretched design, which is a bonus”

“What fantastic customer service and a great product. We purchased the quickplay goalposts and they are brilliant. To top it off, when we did have a small problem, the customer service and ease to replace was unbelievable. One of the best customer service approaches I’ve ever had the pleasure of. A great company to deal with!!!! 👍😊”

“The net on my son's goal needed replacing and as it was just under the 2 year guarantee a new one was sent within 24 hours. Other companies could learn a thing or 2 about customer service from Quickplay. Thanks so much!”

“I own a number of Quickplay products, bought over the last few years (for personal and club use). Always excellent quality and when there have been any problems they've been very responsive/helpful and put it right quickly. Highly recommended.”

“I bought a golf practice net in January and unfortunately suffered a component defect which I reported to QuickPlay UK in February. They responded immediately and with no quibbles agreed to replace the defective part. You don’t often get after sales customer service as good, prompt or as understanding as this. Excellent service, hence a five star review.”

“Great customer service. Had an issue with the net from my Golf Hitting Net set up. They replaced free of charge and constantly kept me updated with details of when the replacement net would be available. A pleasure to deal with.”

“Bought it after my friend recommended it, and now my brother has ordered one for his kids too! It’s much better than having a goal in your garden and kids can play on their own, which is a much needed thing in lockdown.”
