“I made the mistake of ordering the wrong replacement post. I can’t fault quickplay, the customer service I received from Tracy was excellent who went above and beyond and put the customer first. Extremely happy customer and will be highly recommending to all my friends looking for footballing equipment.”

“An excellent product that my 7 year old grandson was given for his birthday. He easily understood how to assemble it, but does not yet have the strength to flex the uprights to attach the net. He is very pleased with it.”

“Excellent products, I have both the large quickplay goal and the passing nets which are amazing value for money. Even when I had an issue with one of the nets, Quickplay were incredibly easy to deal with and a replacement was sent out and received extremely quickly. Great company , with great products.”

“Exceptional product support from Quickplay. Most companies tend to quibble when a customer encounters a problem, but Quickplay's customer service has been nothing short of exceptional in terms of speed and resolution. We have been delighted with their Elite football goals (the goals are very sturdy) and we will most definitely buy again. 5 star service all round.”

“Hi there, I can’t thank Quickplay enough. My old net was destroyed by rats in my summer house. I spoke to Quickplay & I had a replacement net sent out the next day. Very happy son & customer. Thanks again.”

“Amazing service. I ordered 2 goals a few years ago and recently had a small problem. This was solved within 3 days, free of charge despite being out of warranty. I over the moon that this kind of service still exists in the 21st century.”

“Great customer service. My son has the goal/rebounder. One of the posts broke within 2 years and was replaced quickly and free of charge. When I then needed to order a replacement net and post a few years later, they were easy to order and arrived very quickly. Tracy in customer services was helpful and responded to all emails very quickly. Couldn’t ask for better customer service .”

“Brilliant product and really is easy and quick to install. Incredible that you can hit a full drive and the netting stops it dead. I had a slight problem with a torn piece of netting and they sent a replacement within 48 hours. Highly recommended”
