“2 weeks and the phone still hasn’t arrived , I have been messed about constantly , 3 days ago I agreed to a different colour , had a meassage saying dispatched , but tracking number did not work , iD said still processing and the phone has still not turned up I just want a refund , do not order from these cowboys”

“Product in ok condition few scratches on screen which not had before usually scratches are on casing which is expected and delay in delivery caused some issues as not notified till late that there was going to be a delay.”

“STAY AWAY!!!!! Bought an iPhone 7 which took longer than the advised time to arrive and when it did arrive it was faulty. I sent it back for a refund and it has now been almost a MONTH waiting for my refund. Constantly chasing and they always make excuses "the refund wasn't processed, it bounced back, funds will be in your account shortly blah blah'' I am STILL waiting for a refund and i paid with PayPal which should be an INSTANT refund. Absolute joke of a company. I will be filling a claim to get my money back. CON ARTISTS!!!!!!!!”

“Very disappointed. Phone wouldn’t work although unlocked. Took it to a Apple store they said it had an error code and couldn’t be used to set up a new SIM card as software couldn’t be read. This was a present so very embarrassing. Wont use again”

“My original order was not fulfilled and I had a delay in hearing back from Quick Mobile Fix. I was then notified that they didnt have my phone in stock and suggested that I have to get a different colour than what I wanted. I was ok with this until I actually received the phone. The phone itself had parts missing and ear wax built up in the speaker on the phone. the condition of the phone was poor at best and filthy. In fairness my order is currently being revised and the customers services team seem to getting things moving, however this shouldn't have happened from the start. Its a shame really as I have bought a phone from Quick Mobile Fix before and the service and phone were faultless.”
