“The phone ordered has very low volume so you can’t hear the person talking. This is a pain as it means I will now have to ring and send back when this should have been checked before posting out as a newly refurbished”

“Product was excellent and value for money. Could easily passed for new. Excellent condition. Would have got top rating except for the delivery company you chose to use. They were very inefficient and I had to contact them twice by phone and once by email. (They never responded to the email). They sent an original email and gave me a morning for delivery. The driver claimed to have carded me but I was here at the time he said he tried delivery and no card was left. It took a further 3 days after that to deliver.”

“DO NOT SEND YOUR PHONE TO THEM. I SENT A BRILLIANT WORKING SAMSUNG PHONE AND THEY ARE NOW CLAIMING IT BROKE IN TRANSIT THEREFORE WILL NOT PAY MY THE MONEY I WAS OFFERED. The customer service is shockingly poor, i have called multiple times to be told line busy then it hangs up, the few times i have called i have been put on hold for over 30 mins, some which end in a hang up so i cant even talk to anyone. I have emailed with no response etc... Worse company service i have ever received - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”

“Within 16months had 2 issues on my iPhone 6s which I paid a lot of money for. Because the second issue was over the one year warranty I took to Apple store and was told the iPhone 6s is not genuine, the imei series number and Apple logo and the parts. Stay away from this company!!!”
