“I received my so called grade a Samsung Galaxy s7 edge which switched off after a few hours and wouldn't switch back on and it had a crack on the camera lens and the customer service is very poor sent 2 emails no reply I phoned and was told I would receive an email with instructions on how to send the phone back no reply. Avoid this shabby company buy from a reputable company.”

“Very poor craftsmanship and service. "Factory Reconditioned" iPhone fell apart in 90 days, and instantly without looking at the phone deemed it "accidentally broken". The internal clips that hold the screen on broke into two, and the battery was not properly secured. Would not refund or repair. I would never do business with this company in the future. This is after the horrible delivery around Christmas time, took over a month to ship 45 miles. Read all of the reviews before thinking of wasting your money with this company .”
