“I would strongly not recommend using this company. I order a refurbished samsumg s7 edge phone from this company paid 280.00 and not work from the day I received it.ive emailed messaged and rang for days with there phones constantly ingaged or busy please wait someone will be shortly waiting for 10 to 15 mins before I gave up waiting wasting more money on phone calls so I strongly wouldn't recommend quick mobile fix”

“The phone had loads of faults & I had to jump through so many hoops to get the phone sent back! And I am STILL waiting for my refund! I sent the phone back weeks ago & have heard nothing! Won't be using your company again!!”

“Ordered and paid for a phone 16 days ago on a Wednesday. They took payment on the Thursday and then nothing. I chased them after a week and received a cookie cutter reply saying they aim to ship in 5 - 7 working days. I messaged them again after 9 days and was told my order was due for shipment in 1 - 3 working days and they had prioritised my order. I waited 3 working (5 normal) days and messaged them again and was told they were looking into my order for an update. 24 hours later and I've heard nothing. No refund, no dispatch, no contact what so ever.”

“Bought a phone on 25/04/2018 arrived 27/04/2018. Sent back for a faulty screen the following week to see what they thought of it and to get it sorted as per the warranty. I was emailed to say my phone arrived back to them on 03/05/2018. Have had no updates on the phone whatsoever, only 'we will get in touch with you shortly' and 'please allow an extra 2-3 working days'. Its been nearly a month since, and am on the verge of asking for a refund. But from reading some of these reviews it seems my trust was misplaced and that i might not even get one.”

“Did not get the phone I ordered and the company did not refund me my money. Instead, kept getting automated replies. Thank god I paid through PayPal or else they would’ve kept my £409.99 pounds”

“By far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Sold my phone for an agreed price of £103... After an assessment from QMF they gave me a revised offer of £49 which I declined straight away. I never received the my phone back and have not headed anything back from them since even though I was told they would get in touch. Tried calling on various occasions and the line always says busy!! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!”
