“The iPhone 7 I purchased was in excellent condition, as described on the website. The only issue I had was that there was a delay in my order being dispatched and nobody attempted to contact me. I was unable to contact Quick Mobile Fix by phone (lines were constantly engaged due to some technical fault) I needed to physically drive to their office in Ilford.”

“It took a very long time for the mobile phone to be delivered, I received no communication from Quik mobile fix to say my phone was on its way,tried calling the helpline but never any answer. When my mobile phone eventually did get delivered the driver missed me and I had to go to the depot for collection of the item myself All in all it was a awful experience”
