“My phone was charged for 10 hours as instructed and set up as a new phone. But the battery is ridiculous. Its clearly faulty as it keeps draining battery so quickly ie. 100% to 8% in a matter of 5 minutes. I need a replacement for this ASAP please”

“I’m sure you can track my case and it speaks for its self no need for me to go into it again.however when I eventually got my phone and done a battery check the app I used tells me the battery needs replacing thanks for nothing .I should have bought one in DUBLIN for €60/70 more than your price because I would have gotten it faster and could have checked the battery life.Your phone will cost me €40 euro to replace battery.”

“DAY 10 OF WAITING ON MY ORDER....VERY POOR SERVICE....WILL NOT USE AGAIN.....SENT COMPLAINT TO FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and ASA (Advertising Standards Agency) and contacted a consumer rights agency. Fraudulent untrustworthy Company!!! Will not use again- Poor customer service- vague information given- No dispatched yet after 10 days post payment- Have not heard many good reviews from this company for good reason- Un apologetic for negligence and incompetance in doing the job theyare suppose to!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!”

“I sent my phones off for recycling and 2 weeks later had heard nothing, so got in contact and apparently my iPhones hadn’t been delievered. Checked the tracking code from the post office and it said that they had been delivered to the address presented on the package which was the one provided by quick mobile fix. A week or so later the phones turned up, even though the postage should of been next day”

“I left a review on Monday complaining about QMF delivery timeframe. I was corrected in saying that I was still on day 5 and that the item would be dispatched soon. I was impressed with their quick reply and decided to change my review to a positive one, once the product had been received. I was emailed yesterday saying the item had been dispatched with a tracking number for APC courier service. The tracking system says 'delivered at 12:24pm today' yet I have not received anything. I have called the local APC office to view the supposed signature when accepting the item at delivery and they have not picked up for hours!! I need this sorted ASAP because I have parted with money and received no phone!!”
