“I ordered an Iphone 7 and earphones and its been 6 days now and still haven't received anything. Only to check my emails again and got an email saying my order has been delayed that I should wait another 2-3 working days. I was due to travel but had to postpone so I can receive the phone to use while I'm away now their telling me to wait again. Very disappointed as they could have communicated this earlier!.”

If there is a fault with the screen, please contact us immediately as you have a 12-month warranty on the device, so we are able to fix this, or give you a replacement device for you for free. “I bought an iPhone 7 in good condition and am very happy with it. I suspected it might take 8 to 9 days to receive having read other reviews so wasn't disappointed when it took that long to arrive. I did receive an e-mail after 4 to 5 days warning me that it would take this length of time due to high demand. The phone itself is good although there is a slight scratch on the screen only noticeable when the screen is off. I was concerned that battery life may be compromised being second hand but having done an initial 10 hour charge as advised I am impressed that the power only dropped 4% overnight.”

“I used the Recycling service. Standard of 'Good Quality' phone was not made clear. Customer Service side of things not the best that I have dealt with. I wasn't contacted when told I would be, I had to chase up a couple of times. Would not deal with Quick Mobile Fix again.”

“I ordered an iPhone 7 12 days ago, last Monday I was told it will be delayed 2-4 days, and one week later I am still waiting. I phoned this morning and they said they will dispatch is today and be delivered tomorrow. And what a surprise, it wasn't dispatched today. I am fed up of your constant excuses for why my phone is delayed because today even after the phone call, I receive an email saying it will be yet another 2-3 days. I wish id never ordered from this site as it has Been a constant stress for me.”
