“The phone is great, however you really need to improve on service delivery, it’s shocking, all reviews say good phones but getting them is terrible, when asked your colleague, was told it’s a blip, however I experience first hand as a new customer that it was not true what your colleague said, which is a shame as it lets your company down”

“bought a phone (didn't work) returned 2 days later..... but signed for 1 day after posting and didn't acknowledge receipt for a week then kept getting automated messages saying" wait 10-14 days for a refund" kept receiving this till nearly a month passed so passed to Paypal”
