Ordered a phone and came when expected. Had to ring regarding a problem. Immediately sent an email with instructions how to rectify. This worked. Quite impressed at the service so far x

Sold a faulty device. Fixed it once for free. When the issue presented again under normal usage, they refused to do this again or refund the faulty device. The communication is very poor, with emails often containing incorrect information or the company is unresponsive. All timescales were at least 3x the timescales they quote (e.g. initial delivery & repairs). I would strongly advise checking other reviews on this company and not using them at all.

They have withheld my refund after sending me faulty goods, keep telling me it will take longer and longer and they only respond when I chase them, it might be time to read through the sales of goods act. save yourself the hassle, DON'T USE THEM

Ordered a phone, waited, waited, waited, complained, waited, waited, received an excuse that there was a delay with their quality control department. They said there would be a further one week delay. We emailed and called to cancel. They acknowledged the cancellation, and advised they had sent it to their cancellation dept to deal with. They said a member of staff would be in touch with us. The next email from them said the phone had been dispatched. I called them to tell them to keep it and then had to turn the courier away when he turned up at the door a day later. I am now waiting for a refund. Judging by the reviews I have read I am not holding my breath.

Great product. Took too long to get to me though. 10 days bang-on but as my old phone was needing to be sent off to repaired my expectations were set on a shorter delivery time.

We waited over 4 weeks for two phones. Despite numerous e-mails, I never got an answer as to when the phones were going to be delivered. When they did eventually arrive, one was the wrong colour and despite being over a small refund and a case, all I got as way of an apology was a case that does not even fit the phones I bought. I will never use this site again!

The service was good overall, we waited about 7 working days for phone to arrive which was abit long but the phone works fine with no problems. I will use this service again if needed.

I bought a refurbed phone which arrived within the timescale . Unfortunately it had to be returned as it was not working correctly . To be fair they fixed it with no quibbles and i now have a working phone . The phone itself is what I wanted and seems in good condition . 3 stars may seem harsh given that but I feel something went awry at the testing stage . This was a minor inconvenience but would have been a real pain had I been going abroad for example .

I ordered a iPhone 7 but it did not arrive within the required timescale. I had several difficult contacts with the sales team before it did arrive. To be fair, they sent me an accessory in order to apologise and the phone itself is very good.

In my honest opinion you should avoid this company (Quick Mobile Fix) for several reasons: Firstly it took almost a month to receive my full order. This is absolutely awful considering they advertise their company as “quick”. They also say that they try to dispatch within 10 days. But, that’s very far from the truth and it took them more like 3-4 weeks. This is because of an apparent “backlog” of orders. This is in their own words. Which further illustrates their unreliability. Secondly when I finally received my order, well I should say part of my order as I ordered a “grade a bundle”, I only got the phone. So not only did they take ages to send the order due to their “stringent quality control” but they also seem to miss out on multiple parts of the order all together. When I finally received the rest of the bundle a few days later, they still got it wrong and sent me two screen protectors and an authentic apple charger instead of one screen protector and a sim tool and an apple charger. So I never even received the sim tool but I’m not really bothered because I already had one. It’s just the principle, this company just seems completely out of its depth when it can’t complete a very simple order, not once but three times. As for the quality of the phone. The phone was marked as excellent and is in a very good condition on the exterior. I have no complaints it looked brand new. But, for a phone marked as “excellent”, the battery was “severely” depleted, at 85% working capacity when I got it. “Severe” isn’t my words it’s Apples and the settings app recommended I get a replacement as soon as I booted up the phone. This is pretty poor though I can’t fully complain because what “excellent” means to this company is probably the standard quality for other brands offering a similar product and such defect is probably covered by their warranty but honestly, after all this hassle I can’t be bothered to deal with this company any longer. It’s by far the slowest and most unorganised I’ve ever had to deal with. The one thing I can say for the company was that their communication was good although I was the one who instigated it. The had to do several things to improve it. And should move to contact each costumer individually when there is delays but honestly their response time was about a day at most so it was the best thing about the company. I would rate my experience 2/10. I would avoid using this company.
