Why is there no zero star rating? This company deserves one. After ordering an iPhone, after a week it had still not been dispatched. I tried to cancel the order and was advised it would take 14 days to process the refund. It’s been over 14 days and still no refund. Communication is very poor.

Use at your peril, no order arrived after twelve days, I cancelled and had to get Paypal to retrieve the £450 good job I paid with PayPal or who knows !

Phone took 3 weeks to arrive and when it finally did arrive was certainly not the quality of a 'Grade A/Excellent' phone. Scratches and chips all over it. After many emails and phone calls they claim the only option is to send the phone back so they can review it. Who knows how long that will take. Wish I had taken note of all the other bad reviews and not used this company.

STAYCLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. Bought a reconditioned iPhone in November 2018 sold as almost new and in mint condition. Started going wrong in January 2019. Following phone calls and finally going to the shop of my provider I returned it to QMF end of February. Despite emails telling them my husband was ill and I couldn’t leave the house without a mobile phone they held it for 4 weeks before reporting it had fluid inside it, quoted £50 plus extra charges on top if found necessary. SHODDY, DISGRACEFUL and UNREASONABLE treatment of an elderly customer. No replacement phone, no offer of a refund.

Hello Andrea, We are sorry to hear this, we can assure you that we were trying to make the process as quickly and as smoothly as possible, however, the technicians were experiencing some issues and under further investigation, they confirmed the phone had come in contact with liquid and this is not covered under our warranty and therefore we sent you an invoice to see if you wanted this repaired. Phone took a week to arrive. When it did, the battery lasted 15 minutes then went flat. I sent the phone back using their return courier and that took another week to be returned to QMF. The phone has now been with them another week and I've not heard if it's repaired or not. I suppose I'll have to wait another week before I find out.

Purchased a refurbished Iphone 7 plus. It arrived as planned. I would have rated them very good but for a slight problem - the supplied charger cable did not work, and the replacement was sent in an unstamped envelope incurring a £2 charge before I could collect it.

This is just the worst company . They took the amount for a phone in pristine condition and sent a phone with scratches on it so I returned the phone , now they are neither refunding my money nor sending back a phone in pristine condition for which they'd already charged me. I just want to file a case against this company. It took my money and my phone . And is not taking any action now.

Awful- don’t use this company. Have been charged twice and the company will not refund me despite me providing all the details. I have been waiting several weeks and get the same response
