The only reason for the score I've given is the seemingly long lead time for such a commonplace item. The product itself seems completely fine and as advertised.

When I first got the phone it looked pristine condition so I left a review stating that. But I did not use it until I bought a tempered screen protector. When putting on the screen protector I noticed a small chunk out of the casing which I can now see every time I use my phone.

Great phone, well packaged, good price. Would have given 5 stars apart from the 2 week delivery, I know the delivery time is explained on website but really don't understand why it needs to take so long?

phone returned more than once before problem was solved. no communication while the phone was being repaired. very hard to get through on phone,1 call I waited on hold for 45minutes.

order came very late. They didn't send me the tracking number either and i asked for it a couple if times. The customer service team dealt with the issue and were very friendly so i wouldn't give it a really poor rating.

Order took about 10 days to arrive. Had no message to say it was dispatched, so was kept guessing until the day it arrived. Phone was packed ok and in good condition.

I have bought this phone for my youngest brother and send away from UK . He was so happy received it. The phone look in very good condition, wasn’t been too much scraps, but one problem he have . When he is charging phone , phone becoming straight very hot , so he can’t charge it probably because it’s very dangerous and looks it’s not will work for a long time.

I ordered a phone back in November and waited near enough a month for it to arrive. The order was dispatched around 3 weeks after I ordered it, despite an assurance that it would be sent to me within 10 days and then the delivery company kept returning the phone to the depot despite trying to make alternative arrangements. On the plus side, the phone was immaculate and my daughter is extremely pleased with it. So.... service v bad but phone v good

Hi, I specifically ordered and ad for a Pink iPhone 5C in mid December for my little girls Xmas. I was very pleased with the delivery time however the phone I received was not pink, it was white which was very disappointing and there was no time to get this changed. Atleast it was in decent condition with no scratches on the screen.

The quality of the phones is superb! This company needs to focus on: Customer Service - have someone answering the phones and don’t cut callers off when they are finally 1st in the queue ETA - my phone arrived beyond the promised 10 days - an email to update me would have been much appreciated This company is totally solid and I vowe that your order will arrive. If it wasn’t for the negative customer service I would have rated top mark!
