“ordered two iphones one gold one silver received one white and one silver tried phoning but each time no answer..these are Christmas presents for my grandsons I assume they are the same price as I have had no explanation or reason for this.”

“I ordered a refurbished I-pad. After thirteen working days and two e-mails I finally received it. Not very good service. On the other hand, I ordered a case for the I-pad which was delivered in two days - very good service.”

“Delivery was prompt. First device was very visibly scratched (“Good” condition), but return and replacement process was fairly smooth. Would think twice about ordering anything lower than “excellent” condition in future.”

“Communication could have been better and stating the 10 day delivery period before purchase would stop a lot of customers getting frustrated. 10 day delivery is only stated after purchase. Phone is as described and in good condition though.”

“Never use this joke of a “company” they have had my iphone 6s for nearly six weeks and have still not made payment plus they lied on three occassions about when I would be receiving payment. Also they never answer the phone. Please dont trust or use quick mobile fix 😡😡😡😡😡”

“We ordered a pristine IPhone. It took a few days to arrive, I read they used a next day shipping which is true but they take several days to post which kind of defeats the point. Phone arrived and indeed looked perfect. My daughter reported that her headphones didn't work well. We assumed it was the headphones so bought new, we then noticed that there was a physical fault with the headphone jack as the jack does not insert fully. This was after we had a good quality screen protector fitted! we shipped the phone back within the 14 day limit but got a message saying it would be repaired and back to us in around 10 days. The phone was covered in QA stickers so I would have expected such a fault to be noticed. For such fault being returned within the 14 days I was really expecting a replacement phone to be sent by return post, not for it to go into a standard repair process. Not the best experience so far. Perhaps I should have just rejected it.”
