“I was robbed. I sent you Iphone 6 for recycling, on the website I got an offer of £20. since beginning of April I am asking you about my money. every time I ask i got the same answer: Thank you for your email. We did send you an offer. We have now resent this to:...... I have never received any offer from you on my email.”

“Unfair and I’ll-explained reduced quote on device. 2 weeks to dispatch returned device. QMF got the address wrong so I had to pick up device from delivery depot. Will never use QMF again, and will recommended to anyone else to do the same.”

“Well I ordered an IPhone 6S Plus on the 27th March and after over a week I called you up to ask where my order was i was told that it would be dispatched either on 7th or 9th March but i received no confirmation that it was. A few days after I followed up with an email and again they told me it would be dispatched in 1-2 working days. Still it has not been dispatched, and im trying to follow up so I can get this phone because Iv been waiting for nearly 3 weeks now. Theres a lack of communication and I just want to know what is going on and when my phone is going to come.”
