Really good quality phones at a great price. Very impressed with the service. You must note phones take a week to arrive but worth the wait. I’ve been a customer of quick mobile fix for over 3 years and have bought 3 good phones from them.

they never answer calls and always a delay in response. Phone stopped working after a week of purshase. Rude guy when turned up to complain

Hello, The condition of the phone is different to what you booked in this is why there was a reduced offer. You accepted the offer and the funds have now been processed within our 3-5 days timescale if you were unhappy with the offer you could have rejected this and we would have returned your item. I ordered a saphire black samsung s6 and waited 3 weeks to hear that they would not be dispatching the phone that I ordered rather they would be sending a gold s6.I am absolutely apauled and would not recommend Quick mobile fix to anyone.

Terrible service, they have had my phone which I sold to them for over two weeks and I still haven’t received payment. The phone line is constantly engaged and when I email I keep being told it’s being passed to the ‘recycling manager’. Please don’t use this service, if something is to good to be true cost wise it usually is!

No dispatch notice within 10 working days. Responded to first email telling me I was still within the 10 working day period, which had actually already expired - now 17 days, no further response and telephone permanently engaged...

Terrible customer service. Phone line is constantly kept engaged to avoid dealing with customers calling to find out what is happening with their order. I purchased a refurbished phone and was quoted in the email 5-7 working days for dispatch. After reaching the 7th working day I emailed to find out the status of the order and was told 10 days before dispatch which clearly contradicts the previous email. Enquired again yesterday and was told "I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused due to the slight delay however I can confirm that I have now placed your order on our priority list. This means that yours will be one of the first to be shipped. If you have not heard from us within the next 24 hours, please contact us as you have today so we can chase it up for you." 24 hours later still nothing. Ridiculous company avoid at all costs. They clearly have nothing in stock and are having items shipped from abroad which is very bad practice. The 5 star reviews must be fakes from friends and family of the team. This will be taken up further.

I recently sold my phone to Quick Mobile Fix. The price they offered me was considerably higher than any other company. I was told I would receive payment in one day but this took closer to a week.

Joke of a company. Sent them my phone, decided to reject their offer. Then they lost my phone and made me go back and forth for months trying to get an answer from them. In the end they only gave me my original offer. Save your time and go else where! Not worth the stress.
