“The iPhone we received was faulty and was returned to this company on 5th July. We were told we would get a refund within 10-14 working days...…. it's now the 15th August and we're still waiting despite emails chasing it! Appalling way to treat people who have parted with over £200. We're now pursuing this with Visa but this really shouldn't be necessary. This is a large turnover company making a fortune who clearly don't give a damn about customer service or their reputation, as long as they keep appearing top of list in interest searches.”

“Ordered an Iphone 6s. I eventually received an iphone 6 which I returned and was told the replacement 6s would be sent. Still not received. Now 6 weeks since my initial order and they seem to be ignoring my emails!”

“I ordered a phone and after I paid for it I got an email saying it could take up to 14 working days. So I cancelled the order and was told it will take 14 working days maximum to get my money back. (It only took 24 hours for them to take the money). It’s now been 15 working days and no money has been reimbursed. These people are a disgrace. Advertising stock they don’t have and hiding information somewhere on the website. I will never do business with them and neither should anyone else.”

“Used the company twice this year purchase prestige refurbished phones without any problems. You do have to wait 7-10 days for the order. Delay is for Quality Check ... if you can live with this then fine. Note to company this review site has your name spelt incorrectly as Quck Flx”

“In need of a phone asap, I bought a refurbished iphone6s at Quick Mobile Fix. The delivery time was a week, which was for me, a long wait since I had no backup phone. When I received it, I was surprised by the deep and long scratch on the left side of the screen. I was confused since the phone description said it was in "good condition". The iPhone would freeze sometimes too. For £200, I'll say that's fine. However, later on, I noticed the battery didn't last long, it was only at 81% capacity. I think a refurbished phone should at least have a new battery, especially iPhones since we all know, the battery is not good in the first place. For me, my experience wasn't great. Since I already had a deep scratch, when my phone fell yesterday, my screen didn't survive. Next time I'll buy a new phone instead.”

“Contacted them as was going to be away when package was originally going to arrived....they moved it forward by a couple of days so would arrive b4 I went. Have used them b4 and would definitely recommend them”

“The worst company I have ever experienced! Ordered an iPhone which never arrived by their stated date ( within 10 working days) which in itself is absolutely ridiculous any decent company would aim to deliver probably 1-2 days after order......when phone didn’t arrive I tried numerous times to contact via telephone to request a refund but never got to speak directly with anyone always engaged funnily enough! Got an email response but again not as quick as you would expect from a reputable company advising a refund would be processed within 10-14 working days! Again absolutely disgraceful service It’s now 15 working days and guess what...... no refund. I will be reporting this company to rogue traders on BBC as well as trading standards as this appears to be a very common complaint from this quick rip-off mobile fix?company!”

“Stay away from this cowboy company! Sell them my iPhone 8 plus this is over four weeks ago and still not received a payment, only replies I got was payment will be made in 3/5 working days and still nothing They now say they have paid me but they haven't I have demanded my phone to be returned and now they are ignoring me! This matter will be going to trading standards but warning do not use them even if they give a higher price because you will be lucky to receive your money !!! Disgusting”

“BUY NEW DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Purchased iPhone 7 on 7th July 2018 which was meant to be in PRISTINE CONDITION. Was very worn so returned. After multiple promises no refund given over a month later. Many reviews with the same experience. Referred the incident to my credit card company”

“My purchase was faulty, however the returns process was well thought out. QMF left as a nice surprise the fact that the return paid postage was for Tracked and Signed For. If I get my refund within a reasonable time I would use QMF again for the right price if applicable and give positive feedback to any enquirer.”
