I was offered a good price, but obtaining payment was more difficult than it should have been. I had to to chase up 3 times before I actually received payment.

payment was very delayed - had my handset for over 2 weeks. Received conflicting information from each person I spoke to who gave a different reason each time - was given the run around. Customer service needs revamped and your Twitter personnel is shockingly unhelpful. Won't use again.

Order 2 iphones for twins birthday after many phones and a missed delivery since not notified what time they were being delivered I collected them for APC depot 9 working days later but both phones faulty, returned next day 5th May for a replacement but you didn't have any colours so asked for a refund and after many emails and phones calls still waiting refund is either being processed or investigated extremely upset since had to borrow money to purchase my twin girls phones

Very easy and a good service. Their payment was a little late but customer service were quick to respond and sorted it out. I'd certainly use them again.

Still awaiting payment of over £100 for my iPhone 6s despite receiving an email one month ago telling me I would be paid within 72 hours.

Overall satisfied with product and price, and the condition of the phone was great. However there was a problem with the call volume which made it hard to heard during a phone call, which I had to take to the apple store to fix (only needed cleaning so free of charge) but this should have been handled by QMF before sending it out.

Ordered a iPhone 6 for my daughters birthday, delivery was quick and the phone is perfect. We ordered a pre owned and the condition is fantastic and my daughter loves it.

Hi Justin, The condition of the phone is different to what you booked in this is why there was a reduced offer due to a cracked screen. You were sent a new offer and the payment was processed the day after you accepted it. Kind Regards, Quick Mobile Fix

I sent my phone more than a week ago, the phone only had a broken screen but was still working perfectly fine. I sent it to have the screen replaced but a week later, after many calls from me to them requesting some update, they said that the phone didn't past the quality test and that it needed a diagnosis, apparently stuck in the Apple log. Well, it looks like the phone got more broken at Quick Mobile Fix, since the only thing that was broken was the glass or they just want more money in order to make the shipment. Really bad service. Will most likely not use their services again.

Bought a phone of this company, received email saying phone should take 5~7 days to dispatch. >3 days later, I contacted them via online form (phone number and live chat doesnt work), and they emailed back that phone hasn't been dispatched yet. > One week later of radio silence, I contacted and they said phone will be dispatched as soon as possible. > the following day I requested cancellation of order and a full refund. They weren't interested. They apologised and told me my phone will dispatched as soon as possible and if I don't hear from them within 24 hours, I should contact them. > the following day, I refused to accept their excuse and requested cancellation and a refund. They again ignored my request and just said it will be sent out via next day service. > I email again requesting cancellation of my order (3rd time), two weeks after placing my order, and was told I will be refunded and order cancelled. Refund should show in my account within 7~10 working days. > It has been 15 working days since they have told me that they will refund me, but I have not yet received my money. And they are not replying to my emails. > I've requested a contact for their legal department, and even then, they are not replying to me. Since I paid with credit card, my Bank's disputes department is taking charge and will be making a request for their money directly themselves.

Quick Mobile Fix bought my old handset with no quibble. they offered me and paid the exact price they quoted and the money was in my bank account within a few days. I am very pleased with the service I received and will recommend them to friends and family and I will definitely be using them again.
