“Make sure all your details are correct as I mistakenly applied for a loan when I needed money quickly and completely forgot that I had changed my bank account since the last loan I had which resulted in the loan amount being sent to my closed account and waiting 7 to 10 working days for the money to be returned to QQ from my now defunct bank.”

“The advisor was very helpful. Promptly replied and was able to repay my full balance in minutes. The only reason I did not give full marks is because I do not feel it is helpful to offer a new loan application afterwards. THIS IS NOT THE ADVISERS FAULT as I feel this is only your company procedure which I feel is wrong”
