“I contacted live chat and explained my situation and the representative seemed to ignore what I'd told her and continued to transfer me to a team that I knew were not open yet and had already told her this, after she tried to transfer she came back to say she was unable to transfer me, I only wanted options on how to make a repayment and instead got told what I already knew...”

“Talking to a representative was good, however when the error was not my fault for the date of repayment. I have never had any problems before and i checked the repayment date before I logged off, this error was on your behalf and i should not be charged twice for YOUR error in repayment. This will make me think twice before i use your services again.”
