“Due to personal circumstances I was unable to make my full payment on time, I contacted them and explained and they were kind enough to re-arrange a new payment option for me. If anyone is in this same situation then contact them.”

“You took payments twice had to ring up to get the money refunded and then when you had returned the over payment it came back on the account as a new loan took 3 telephone calls for you to admit I had payed the loan off early had to close the account as the information on my log out page was constantly wrong and I was worried you would take further money from my account which was clearly not owing. Terrible never use you again”

“Full of canned messages - a simple yes / no at the beginning would have resolved this. My question was pretty simple.. The adviser was good at copying and pasting but maybe did not have any actual knowledge.”
