“I called in to request an extension on a loan but was told they could not help me and I was to go online - where this option was not available. I decided to use the online chat, which I have never done before and the response was quick, the representative was empathetic and understanding and I was able to have my query resolved.”

“Hi Unfortuantly i had a change in my hours of work which means my income will be less than it usually is. I contacted the online help and they were very understanding and assisted me in arranging new repayments in the form of a payment plan. Very helpful. G Sidney”

“Russell is a very polite and patient person. I was not a very pleasant customer but he has always provided a great and outstanding customer service. “Live chat with Latasha was quick, I provided the information she asked for, told her what I wanted which was to change my payment date. Latasha did this for me no questions asked and provided me with details of my next payment, amount outstanding and principal interest.”

“The advisor was very helpful and was able to answer the questions that I needed. They were more than happy to do the changes I had requested. I am aware that they were unable to confirm the balance In October due to daily rate of interest which is understandable. Very helpful people to help you try and get rid of the short term loan quicker.”
