“Maria, who helped me on the chat 24/7 was fantastic! I hope, in some way you can reward her. Her 'no job too big' mentality is exactly what you want when you have a query. However, I wouldn't have had to use this service if your app and website worked correctly. If I hadn't checked my account I would have been hit with unfair fines.”

“So far, I have had a bad experience with Quick quid. They are not very quick at all. I did not even get a copy of a live chat transcription, which I requested. They are making me wait over 1 hour and a half for a decision.”

“I think that your customers need to be advised that when they change their payment details online or over the phone, this has an impact on their ability to gain funds straight away and have to wait 3 days for validation of the payment details. I have experienced this today and was obliged to go to WONGA”

“despite having previously requested to have my payments switched to the 1st of every month, I have been told this has not been done and subsequently I am paying late penalties. very bad practice.”

“While I appreciate that people moan about Payday loans and hassle it can cause for the user in the long term, it is meant to be a short term loan and when used in that capacity it is the greatest life saver I hagve encountered. Not to mention the staff are so keen to help you get OUT of your problems, not laden you with more.. I couldn't honestly be more grateful at times!”

“The website is unbearably slow and encounters technical problems which prevent me from repaying my loan as it should. When I complained about this, I recieved poor service and incorrect information. I had to expicitly request that you stop referring to me by my first name. It was patronising and unproffessional.”
