“Needed a tent greenhouse to overwinter vegetables and start seedings in January. Good product but recommend some additional modifications to stabilize structure from wind. I used several Garden Steel Fence T posts driven into ground and attached to frame with heavy duty zip ties. Withstood winds from 20-30 mph and gusts to 45 with no movement.”

“i needed a replacement canopy for my 15X20 car port. The service person Green was very helpful in helping me to order and pay for the replacement. I received it yesterday and am very satisfied. This canopy did not have to stretch as much as the size was perfect. I'm a happy camper my car is protected once again.”

“One of the best decisions I made was getting a Quictent greenhouse for my garden. I was able to overwinter crops for the winter and it held up really well in the snow. When one of the zippers broke, I contacted the company and they were very helpful with getting it replaced. They got back to me quickly and I truly appreciated their professionalism. I would def recommend them.”

“I needed some replacement parts because of damage. They sent them extremely quickly and everything fit just right. I was not charged for the parts or shipping as they were under a year old. I am extremely pleased with their service.”

“The other day a pole broke on my tent. After contacting the company, I tried to buy a replacement pole. The company would not let me buy it....rather they shipped it to me free. The tent is back in service like new in record time. They went above and beyond.”

“I wanted a car shelter that I could keep up for a few years to work on motorcycles. I bought one from Quictent...the upgraded car shelter for a very reasonable price in white. It has 4 poles on each side...not 3 and is 10' X 20'. with zippered doors on each end. The material seems very good. I mounted the structure on a cement pad. I added 4 horizontal poles-electrical conduit metal poles in case of a good snow, but not sure if its necessary. When constructing, I did most myself, but having a friend would help and warmer weather might make it easier to stretch material, but not sure. Advice...I would not put all the bungees on one area while you put sides and roof on so you don't strain the grommets unnecessarily. Do every other one-then go back and add bungees. Also..customer service was great...I used more bungees than I should have and they sent me a bunch more for free. I feel like they will be there if I need warranty parts.”

“I don’t usually write reviews but I have to express my gratitude to the help I have been receiving from my Customer Care Rep., Yummy. I live in New England and the weather here is very erratic to say the least. While on vacation a random micro burst thunderstorm came through and left multiple tears on the top canopy of our tent. I called up for advice on how to replace it and she looked up my sales purchase and notice that I was just outside of the warranty. She went out of her way to contact the facility to see if anything could be done and later informed me it would be covered. Just wanted to say thank you for the great customer service.”

“I have a 26'' X 13 ' party tent from Quictent and I needed replacement parts (poles) customer service was on top of it, I had my replacement parts in less than two weeks. I recommend Quictent to anyone looking for a tent. very happy with Quictent.”
