“In the last two years, I have contacted customer service and they have quickly solved my problems. I love my greenhouse. I have used all recommendations by the reviewers. One thing I learned the hard way was to have both doors closed in high winds. I take my greenhouse down in spring and I will put it up at end of October. My plants looked great in the greenhouse as compared to wintering in the garage..”

“Got a rip in our canopy. Sent receipt and picture. Green responded to me within 6 hours (the next morning for me). Everything was taken care of through email and QUICK !! Received confirmation of shipment. The only thing wrong with the shipment was ... IT ARRIVED 2 DAYS EARLIER !!! lol Thank you Quictent and your AMAZING Customer Service !! Keep up the good work !!!”

“We really love our new tent. The material used is great quality. Their customer service is top-notch. We accidentally left our tent out in a heavy wind and rain storm (not recommended) and one of the expanding supports was damaged. They were very responsive and got the replacement part out to us very quickly!”

“I was able to contact Quictent regarding a problem with the cover on my 10' x 10' pop-up canopy via email through their website. How wonderful is that? Well it means I didn't have to make multiple calls, talk with a machine, make multiple choice answer selections (typically none of which never match your need), endure endless, irrelevant questions, and wait through interminably long holds with annoying music or advertisements. They responded the next day, and fulfilled their promise to ship a replacement cover. I still haven't had time to try the new cover which is not identical with the original, but I'm betting it will fit. So a big well done to Quictent and their exceptional customer service people who actually do serve customers.”

“First off I need to say the person I was dealing with Jenna was so nice and very helpful, Jenna made everything so easy and Jenna would always reply to my emails and when the wrong item was sent Jenna was quick to fix the issue, Jenna was so pleasant to deal with. I really like this canopy it's one of the better one's I've bought, it's big and tall I can put one wall or all walls on it, I can fit a heater inside safely during our Christmas party and it's big enough to hold everyone in it comfortably. Great canopy, great customer service I have to say once again how great Jenna was, thank you so much”

“Quictent offers a good product. I purchased their heavy duty carport after seeing one and checking the mfg tag. It is well-designed, attractive, and easy to install. I had one small problem and the customer service rep was responsive and helpful. For the ease of customer service for warranty inquiries I would recommend purchasing the product directly from Quictent. The only downside with my order was that delivery was delayed.”

“I purchased one raised garden with green house. I received it within a week. The assembly was easy and product well made. I was so pleased I purchased three more but this time one box got mangled during shipping and the connectors for green house , gloves and tags were missing. I contacted the company by email in the afternoon the next day I received a response by email from customer service rep Milka, was very pleasant to deal with and handled my request promptly and to my satisfaction.. Milka even followed up by giving me updates when it shipped, provided tracking number and followed up when I received parts ensuring I received them as requested.. Great service and product Definitely a company to purchase from and recommend to others. .”

“I placed the order online and it arrived in 5 days. Opened the boxes and did a inventory. 1 package of bolts was missing. I contacted Quictent and the replacement bolts arrived within 5 days. Great Customer Service! Did a practice set up on the tent and had no issues. It took 2 men 2 1/2 hours to set it up. When we set it up for my daughters wedding it took 1 1/2 hours to set up. Tear down was easy and everything fit back into the bags that came with the tent.”
