“We found Quictent to be very honorable. We have a Quictent screen room which had the top torn. I wore to inquire about a replacement top and had one sent to me for no charge. We are very impressed considering most companies today do not provide good service. Thank you.”

“Needed to replace the cover on a 20 x 10 car canopy so I placed the order but the replacement part I received was the wrong part so I contacted Quictent via email and explained to Yummy with customer service what had happened, without hesitation the next day Quictent shipped out the correct replacement part. Thank you Quictent for having great customer service!”

“Quictent customer service Mr Green was a great person to deal with after we had issues with the EZ Pop up got damaged. They responded immediately and sent a new frame and cover. We were so delighted we bought the car/boat carport. Best customer service we wish all retailers had these type of folks.”

“I had purchased a greenhouse and I had a few damage parts I reached out to Quictent for help with replacement parts and they were fantastic they were right on it they treated me like I was one of the family I was sended replacement parts for my greenhouse within 2 days great job I would buy from them again and I will recommend them to my family and friends. “When I started my request process for a replacement part, I imagined it would drag on based on my experience with other companies. I was very pleasantly surprised how quickly my request was processed by Quictent. I was contacted by Rainy via email, and Rainy was very helpful in ensuring I got the correct part in a very timely manner. From my request to having the part delivered (on a Sunday) was only one week.”

“There was a quality control issue with the 4season tent. after sending photos of the paper-thin fabric quality from the day of opening the package and the structure that was difficult for two people to push up. Green took care of the issues and the matter was quickly resolved. Constant and timely feedback with tracking was always appreciated. They listened to every concern. This company has provided feedback above and went beyond expectations. Never had a company go to this length to please a customer. Thank you so very much! I've been telling everyone about how great this experience has been. One bad apple did not spoil the bunch.”
