“I have been dealing with Mandy to get a replacement top cover for our carport. Mandy was a great help with everything and kept in touch with me for over 2 months waiting for the tan color to come in stock. Great experience for a warranty replacement cost.”

“Great product at a great price. The frame for my 10x20 greenhouse is super stable. The whole things was amazingly effective at protecting my garden from the frosty mornings, keeping things humid on dry days and then protecting the plants from fierce UV on 100+ degree days! Lost the top to a wind storm with 70+ MPH winds and was able to arrange a replacement with the Customer Support Team without a problem! We'll be back in business this year with great veggies at the ranch! Thanks Quictent!!!”

“Purchased our show tent (carport) in 2019. A rogue storm caused it to flip over (even though it was anchored) last month. I contacted customer support and they chose to cover the replacement parts under warranty, even though it was weather related. This is totally awesome because this tent has become our "lucky tent" that allowed our business to grow! We have used this tent at MANY shows here in Colorado, over the last few years, and it has held up beyond belief!!!”

“I purchased a 10' x 20' Quictent shelter to cover my hay and I couldn't be more happy. Their product is easy to set up, sturdy, and has stood up against some serious winds. Their customer service department is excellent. Answering all of my questions in a very timely manner and are easy to work with. The tent was delivered faster than promised.”
