“5* Very Good. Mandy was very helpful with my recent order in which I purchased replacements of 8 ft x 8 ft Quictent canopies and nettings because the originals tore due to 30+ MPH wind gusts over the prior two years. My replacement order has been delivered to me. Thank you.”

“I was in contact with customer service for a month or more prior to buying my canopy shelters. I received almost immediate answers and the best advise! All of my concerns and questions were answered. I ordered two canopy’s, one for rain and one with the bug screens. Fit is perfect and I setup both myself ( 67yo, 5’2 3/4” tall, bad wrists )! Best experience ever! Don’t buy from any other manufacturer, this is the gold standard!”

“I ordered a replacement 8 by 8 canopy tent top. Yummy helped me and was very helpful. I was skeptical about the processes but decided to proceed. The order was processed quickly and the cost was very reasonable. I just wanted to let others know you can trust them to stand by their word! I am looking forward to summers under my canopy!!”

“I have been using Quictent hoop houses for several years. I have a small farm and they have allowed me to extend my growing seasons by offering a very affordable option for greenhouse/hoophouse. You have to know what you’re getting; these are not top of the line professional greenhouses. But for the price, they are really excellent quality. They have excellent customer service. Anytime I have needed parts or have had an issue, I have reached out and the respond very quickly and are very helpful”

“I love my green house. After a devistating storm it collapsed in a broken mess. Customer service helped me order new pieces and I was successfully able to rebuild my love. This company, their products, and their customer service department is absolutely wonderful!”

“OMG! This company as amazing. I had an issue with my motorcycle cover due to the high winds. It basically destroyed the pipes. The cover itself however held up beautifully. I inquired about replacement parts. Instead, they replaced the whole thing for just the cost of shipping. Amazing. Very quick response, and great customer service!!”

“We have an 8x8 foot pop up canopy from Quictent. We ordered it last spring and used it all summer long with great success. We never had any issue with it blowing around (we did weigh it down with sand bags at all four corners since it is on a concrete patio). It sets up easily and gives great shade. We stored it away for winter and are looking forward to using it again this summer. We had some user error that led to a tear (no fault of the canopy), but the company has been very responsive in helping us order a replacement part. Great product and excellent customer service.”
