“Love my tent! It has held up great for many outdoor parties. When I needed to order a new top, they were kind enough to send me free bungee cords because mine had stretched out. I will be placing the order for the top this week.”

“I was very pleased and surprised with the service provided by Quictent. They immediately replaced some parts to my 20 x 10 portable garage when I inquired about the process to order replacements when my garage was damaged by unexpected high winds. No questions asked they sent the parts at no expense to me. They deserve a big 5 star rating.”

“Yummy has been very helpful and even found a solution to the out of stock issue that arose after the order was placed. Although the gazebo quality isn’t the best, ( We know we received the quality we paid for.) The customer service has been great. Thank you Yummy. Jack”

“We are using this to shade our dogs. It was easy to set up, it took 2 of us. It is big, sturdy and held up for almost a full year with no issues. During that time,, we had big storms, including snow, wind and driving rain. It held up beautifully. The snow slides off easily too. Suddenly, we had an unexpected microburst. It blew over, only 4 pieces bent. I contacted customer service, who quickly and easily, replaced the parts which were still covered by warranty. We are buying a second this year. Very, very happy with this product and company.”

“I want to thank Green for his amazing customer service. I had contacted the company because one of my garden boxes that I had ordered didn’t have the hardware. “Quictent, specifically employee Green, has been a pleasure to work with regarding my greenhouse purchase! I love the space and especially the two door/4 window design! Affords great ventilation, is easy to work in and room for storage. While the cover could be made of a stronger more heavy duty material, I was very pleased to hear that they’re working on improving the durability of the product! They offer stellar customer service! Always prompt replies and absolutely as helpful as possible! Having retired from 42 years in grocery retail, I can recognize and really appreciate their great customer service!”

“Yes, Green and Blair were extremely patient with me because I'm 84 and not good with the computer. It did take awhile for me to understand an follow their directions, I did and we were very successful. Today I'm thrilled to have a new beige canopy on the carport. It was/is perfect. it took me a while however, Green and Blair stayed with me giving me instructions and we did it. I am so very grateful to them for hanging in there with me to fill my request and need. They are extraordinary professionals. I'm thrilled and we all should be thrilled to have such fabulous service professionals working for you. Happy Easter to you all. “By far the best pop up tent we have purchased yet for garage sales and flea markets. Sadly I broke my tent this year trying to put it up. I emailed support and Yummy reached out fast and is now sending me replacement parts! Cannot wait to get this tent back in action! Thanks”
