“I must say I was overly impressed with the response from the Quictent company! Placing muy order was a breeze. *canopy arrived in a few days, looks great, easy to put up *issue with the topper, 1 phone call message followed by a return call set the replacement in process *Quictent kept in touch with me with tracking # and delivery *complete follow up after replacement part was sent *I WILL BUY FROM QUICTENT AGAIN. Awesome customer service staff!”

“I have used these types of carports before; this one is easily twice as robust and tight. Simple to build by myself, in less than 2 hours. It came with a cracked cable tightener. They were so apologetic over that one tiny cracked part they rushed me four of them. Very accessible customer service and a fine product”

“Originally, I ordered KingBird brand raised garden beds from Amazon but needed to buy a few parts that I misplaced. After finding the customer service email listed on the instructions provided in the box and emailing them, they were able to get me the parts I needed quickly. I am very impressed with their help and can now put my raised garden beds together. I'm so happy with their help and support! They were friendly, professional, and expedient--and helped me get what I needed. :-)”

“When I placed my order I did not receive an email confirmation so had to confirm my order with the customer service department at Quictent. They responded immediately, assured me that the order was processing and even sent me a follow up email to make sure I received the package. Great customer service!”

“The frame of my quictent was damaged in a rainstorm and some of the struts bent or were broken. I contacted quictent and were sent replacement parts very quickly at no cost. Now my tent is back in action! Very diligent follow up from customer service. Thanks.”
