“I received my greenhouse very quickly and while putting it up we need a parts replacement I contacted the company and they responded in less than 24 hours and we had our new parts within days. I am very happy with the quality of the product.”

“I've been very happy with my experience with Quictent products and their excellent customer support. I've had a 10' x 20' heavy duty car port for 2 years now. The structure has lasted, and any problems I did have (some of the canvas ripped) were quickly made right under warranty with no charge to me. Further, even when parts required replacement out of warranty, the replacements were very reasonably priced. Great structure, and for sure I'll purchase from Quictent again the next time I need something they offer.”

“I needed to replace a few pipes I had intentionally cut inorder to make the canopy shorter. It turned out that I did not use the canopy for that application. I requested that they provide a price and I would purchase them. They provided the pipes free of charge, who does that today? They are excellent to work with and they have a great canopy! My thanks to them again!”

“I have bought a total of 5 carports from Quictent. The quality is excellent, as is the relative ease in putting them up. Although it is possible to assemble them by yourself - I have done 2 this way - it is tricky. Getting a friend to do it with you is the sensible way to proceed. But what has really made me a fan of Quictent is Cicely, at Customer Support. We have only communicated by email so I know nothing about her. But, she has offered extraordinary customer service. She responds within 24 hours with great politeness and sensitivity. She is clear, she is efficient, she is competent. I have no idea how big this company is or whether there are other customer support people. But Cicely has sold me on this company.”

“Great customer service. Quick to respond to inquiries about replacement parts and warranty issues. When I asked if a patch kit was available for my canopy, they sent a new canopy free of charge. When I requested warrantee replacement ball-bungees they arrived within 5 days. Can't ask for anything more.”
