“My order arrived very quickly, and in good shape. I am a 65yo disabled woman and I was able to put this greenhouse up all by myself in less than 3 hours. There were a couple of issues with the cover, but customer service jumped right in and took care of that for me within 2 days. I am very happy with my greenhouse, Quictent Customer service, and the product I purchased from them. BTW - my veggies are growing well in there too!”

“Like dealing with family. Best customer support you can find anywhere. Asked for some info and assistance, and received more then I would have ever expected. Green is a pleasure to work with. “My mother and I have had a wonderful experience with Quictent. We love their greenhouses (12” x 7” x 7”) and since my mother is a avid gardener, we bought 4 of them. When one of them accidentally burnt to the ground, Quictent efficiently and immediately sent me replacement connectors that I have been able to use. Thank you for your support and help, Quictent!!”

“Excellent customer service! A friend gave us his Quictent carport frame without a cover. We contacted Quictent to order a canopy to fit the frame. The customer service representative was very helpful. The canopy arrived promptly and it fits the frame perfectly. I would order from this company again.”

“We have bought two. The first we put up a week before the derecheo (140per hour winds). Had a few bent legs. But it was repairable. The second one we haven't yet used. But have no doubt it will last.”

“Not only is the cover very sturdy and well built but the seller will bend over backwards to help you. I ran into one of the poles accidentally and bent it. After requesting to purchase replacement The company Quictent and Cicely was gracious enough to replace it for free.”

“I wanted a small greenhouse for my backyard that was portable and could be assembled and taken down with ease to protect my new garden project from “critters “. After reading many reviews, I decided on the Quictent model GM1302. We had no problems putting it together which took about an hour. Directions were easy to follow and we staked it into the ground. 2 days later we had an all night heavy rain followed by a very windy day and I looked out to find that one side of the structure had been uprooted and it had blown over and collapsed on its side. Several of the metal poles and corner connectors were either bent or broken. As here in Florida, our ground is so sandy, the small metal stakes provided were not enough to keep the structure secured to the ground. I attempted to contact Quictent for replacement parts via phone, but could not reach anyone. After 2 days, I sent an email asking for replacement parts and received an email back the following day. Green from Quictent was very helpful and I received all needed parts cia mail about 7 days later, free of charge. We were able to get our greenhouse back up and this time around, we have secured all corners with latched straps in both directions using longer screw in type stakes. This seems to have done the trick as the greenhouse has weathered a few more rainy and windy days without problems. Even though we had the initial problems, I still give this product and company 5 stars as it is exactly what I wanted for the convenience and price and for the company that responded as they did with excellent customer service. Just be prepared ahead of time for extra purchases of stakes and securing rope that will need to be added. Would be nice to see the kit upgraded to include these items in the future.”

“I have had one of the quictent popup screen tents for several years, and we enjoyed it each summer. We live in northern Maine near the big woods where the biting insects in summer can make sitting outside unbearable at times. That screen tent and canopy became our outdoor room, transformed our yard into a peaceful place to be and observe wildlife. Last fall, a really terrible windstorm came through before we could get tent put away and damaged our frame, to point it could no longer function. This was no fault of the tent quality, just a freak natural event. And well past a warranty. But we hated having to buy a new one and waste our undamaged canopy. I emailed the folks at Quicktent, sent a couple pictures of the result asking if there was any way I could buy the parts and Green got back to me right away, and offered to sell me the part separately for a good price. Then, when I had some trouble setting up a PayPal account, they helped me solve that problem also and get it ordered. This took a number of emails back and forth, but they were there for me every step of the way. I got the frame part just as promised and I could not be happier. Our summer is rescued. These folks care about you. Whenever I do need a new screen tent or any similar product I will most certainly give them my business. Thank you again Quictents staff, and thanks for being patient with me.”

“The Quictent I purchased has been thru a ice storm, snow storm, and 30 mile an hour winds. It has held up beyond my expectations. I had to go out at 4:00 in the morning to knock ice off the roof a couple of times but the tent held up.”
