“Had a pop-up canopy lose in a contest with a hailstorm. Called customer service and had a replacement top in a matter of days. I only wish all customer service was this fast and friendly! Will definitely recommend Quictent to all that ask!”

“I will start off by saying that Quictent is the best company that I’ve had the pleasure doing business with, hands down! From shipping speed (which was fantastic) too customer service! The moment I placed my multiple orders I was took care of. Over the past year I’ve had a couple of mishaps with my carports, but Quictent customer support was just an email away! Please rest assured, that if you purchase one of their products you will be taken care of! I can say enough good things about this company, just remember if your in need of any of the products they sell don’t think twice about ordering from Quictent!!! You will be very pleased with the quality and support that you will receive from this company.”

“We have used 20X10X7.5 greenhouses for years. Quictent constantly upgrades these. The present model has many improvements. Our windy area is very hard on these. Sometimes we need replacement parts. Quictent provides these at little cost and hassle. We have established a good relationship and the service is exceptional.”

“The product is okay although frankly I wish it was more robust, but the big selling point is it looks like you can get spare parts easily, and that is generally not true for most manufacturers of these plastic covered greenhouses.”

“My experience with Quictent has been fantastic. I found the product to be very well made for the price, particularly the walls/roof. We live in a small house and the 10x20 tent we set up in the driveway gave us much needed extra space as we sheltered in place during the pandemic. One night we had high winds and I didn't secure the tent very well. The tent vaulted a 6' fence and ended up in a neighbors yard, with damaged legs. The customer service representative I worked with to order replacement parts was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Quictent.”

“Multiple 20x10 Carports were purchased to provide shade outside of several clinics for patients to maintain social distancing. I've had to request help twice from Customer Service and both times they were very responsive and solved the problems. Once to replace a post kicked and bent - was not charged. Another to replace the canopy after it was stolen - paid a reasonable amount for it. The after purchase customer service is not something that is always present anymore and this company has it in spades. I'll be buying from them again.”

“I love this company. After my first Quictent greenhouse was destroyed, I contacted their customer service with photos and they sent me a replacement--FREE. Cicely was so nice. I will definitely recommend Quictent as a beginner greenhouse. Thanks Quictent!!”

“The tent I bought was 32 x 20 and has doors at both ends. I had a problem with the zippers on the door and contacted Quictent. They shipped me another door. that is good customer service.”

“I received my greenhouse very quickly and while putting it up we need a parts replacement I contacted the company and they responded in less than 24 hours and we had our new parts within days. I am very happy with the quality of the product.”
