Phoned up and queried where my confirmation email was only to be told it would be sent out immediately - I'm still waiting.
Haven't received my paperwork through the post after over a week.
I'm quite concerned that I have spent a large sum of money on this insurance policy but have no proof of purchase and no receipt for my money.”

They have sent you duplicate documents yesterday which you should receive today. I have also been advised that they tried to contact you yesterday to reassure you, but were unable to make contact . “I was very happy with the way my quote was handled and Omar who dealt with it initially was very friendly along with his colleague who was also very keen to satisfy me as a customer, both were helpful and very professional, my first quote needed to be adjusted and he went out of his way to get me a quote I was happy with.
