“The quality of the shoes are incredible and styles are beautiful.
I have bought a couple of pairs in the last few months as birthday presents for friends. My only downside is that after waiting for 3-4 weeks since placing an order (this was for the second pair I ordered), I had to contact to chase up where the shoes were. Funnily enough, they appeared within 3 days but I didn’t receive any correspondence explaining the delay.
I will be placing another order soon for another friend’s birthday!”
“Sadly, whilst I usually love Rachel Simpson shoes and service, my latest purchase from the outlet was disappointing. I ordered a pair of shoes and matching bag, receiving a pair of odd-sized shoes. Whilst Natalie was very helpful and initially succeeded in ordering me a replacement pair, I was subsequently told that these were out of stock despite having received a confirmation of order.
As a consequence I’ve had to return the odd shoes and the bag at my own expense.
I made a second purchase through the full price store which was successfully fulfilled.”
“Beautiful shoes, I bought them for my daughters wedding in May and have been wearing them to break them in but they’re just so squeaky when walking. I don’t know if I can wear them anymore.”
“Die Schuhe sind wunderschön und sie passen mir endlich mal, weil ich hier die Größe 35 bestellen konnte. Meine Bestellung ach Deutschland kam recht schnell. Leider muss ich zwei Sterne abziehen, weil ich die Rücksendung der nicht passenden Schuhe so kompliziert fand. Ärgerlich war, dass ich kein Rücksendeschein erhalten habe und diese auch selber bezahlen musste. Bei solchen Preisen für Schuhen, hätte ich einen viel besseren Service erwartet. Alleine deswegen würde ich mir beim nächsten mal genau überlegen ob ich hier noch mal bestellen würde.”
“The shoes were perfect however the entire process of ordering and delivering was awful. Not only was there a huge delay but I was then told I needed to pay to release the package. After an hour on the phone to DPD and emails back and forth with Rachel Simpson customer service they managed to sort it but it was all rather stressful and a disappointing experience unfortunately”
“I really love my shoes and the colour is beautiful.
They fit great and feel very comfortable to walk in.
My only problem is that I got stung with a £63 import tax which I really wasn’t expecting. So it made them even more expensive. I was quite upset at the time as I had ordered them in may and the arrived the end of august, and it wasn’t stated on my order there would be a import tax, as my sister had brought some a few months before with no import tax.
Luckily I will be keeping and cannot wait to wear them.”
“To be honest I unfortunately was rather disappointed, which was probably due to the high expectations I had for Rachel Simpson products. The shoes and handbag that I received were damaged - and some of the damages can't have been caused by transportation.
I'm happy I was offered a discount or replacement, therefor I'm very thankful.
Nevertheless this is somehow troublesome as I live abroad.”
